14-Day Return Right
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at daydeeperfumes@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at daydeeperfumes@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
