Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Czech Republic and internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Czech Republic: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
